
You could call it a Bicep Revival. Let's see how ripped I can get my bicep in 30 days. After being sidelined with an injury for many months, I'm ready to start pushing my body again. You won't believe how responsive my muscles are- I'll be pumped up in no time, and this time I'm willing to start ramping up the weights a bit, so I might get bigger than before. I'm starting out with some 12 lb. dumbells and doing a '21' set to target my muscles. I take a break, then I do a set of regular bicep curls. Next, I show off a little, admiring my peak for a few moments. Then, I start flexing my bicep for you , happy that after just one set of bicep curls, I can see a nice pump. In the last part of the clip, I do one more set of bicep curls to finish off. I don't have much endurance, yet, but I bet I'll see major improvement within about a week. Stay tuned!
